Safety
Safety is paramount at Great Lakes Lamination. Bi-weekly shop talks, monthly safety meetings, full transparency on all incidents, strong training programs, and a sense of comradery amongst team members have produced a strong safety culture. We strive to be proactive, not reactive with our program.
